Shipping Information

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Complimentary Local Delivery: Free delivery within the New York City Metropolitan Area.
Domestic Shipping (within the US):
- Free shipping for orders over $500.
- A flat shipping fee of $69 for orders under $500.
International Shipping (outside the US): Flat rate of $100.
Large Items: As some items are larger than standard, a personalized shipping quote is required. Please contact us at info@misganaafricanart.com, providing your shipping address, to obtain the accurate shipping cost for your order.
Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 1-2 weeks

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Misgana African Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages:

Misgana African Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 15 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@misganaafricanart.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
